To Place an Order

	Call our toll free number (800) 335-9653 or dial (954) 835-2300. After hours orders may be left on our voicemail system. We will call you on the next business day to confirm receipt of your message.
	Orders may be faxed to (954) 835-0301, 24 hours a day. All faxed orders will receive a fax confirmation verifying that we have received your order.
	Orders may be emailed to orders@wolfmed.com 24 hours a day. All emailed orders will receive an email confirmation from us verifying that we have received your order.

Delivery Information

Orders placed by 3pm Eastern Time will be shipped the same day. Shipments are customarily sent via UPS Ground Service. Expedited service is also available. Please let us know if you have special delivery requirements.

License Requirements

Certain items we offer require a valid pharmacy or physician’s license. We will contact you to obtain a faxed copy of the license if necessary for your order.
