ChloraPrep® is the first 2 percent chlorhexidine gluconate (CHG) and 70 percent isopropyl alcohol (IPA) patient preoperative skin preparation to meet the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) strict clinical requirements for a New Drug Application (NDA).
